Located on the outskirts of Clapham Old Town, this property was in desperate need of a complete refurbishment.
The goal was to transform the home into a calm, stylish retreat away from the pace of city life.
By combining carefully selected materials and finishes from trusted brands including Karndean, Bath Store, Howdens, and Fired Earth, we created a space that felt both classic and contemporary.

This refurbishment involved updating every key area of the property, with a particular focus on the kitchen, bathroom, flooring, and overall interior finish.

Kitchen Transformation
The kitchen was fully redesigned to create a more functional and modern space.
Using the Howdens Clerkenwell Charcoal range, paired with Calacatta worktops and AEG appliances, we installed a kitchen that felt sleek, elegant, and practical for everyday use.
The addition of a Franke sink and carefully selected finishes completed the high-end look.
Interior Finishes & Bespoke Details
Throughout the property, we re-plastered and redecorated all internal walls, ceilings, and windows.
We used Farrow & Ball Strong White No.2001 to create a soft, warm backdrop that enhanced the natural light and complemented the contemporary finishes.
New Karndean Knight Tile flooring in Washed Oak was installed throughout the home, adding texture, warmth, and durability.
We also designed and installed bespoke wardrobes to maximise storage while keeping the interiors clean and uncluttered.
Bathroom Renovation
The bathroom was transformed into a calm, spa-like environment using premium materials and timeless design details.
Fired Earth Spanish Black Slate tiles and World’s End White Matt Linear tiles created a striking contrast, while maintaining a clean and elegant feel.
The final result was a bathroom that felt luxurious, practical, and built to last.
